Vaucluse Cottage is an Active Kids Group child care centre that has been operating since 2012 in the beautiful and scenic suburb of Vaucluse NSW. Our day care centre is driven by a close community of families living locally within the area and our childcare caters for 50 children per day from ages 8 weeks to 6 years.
Our strong, highly qualified team of Early Childhood Educators strive on providing love, care, and education for each individual child while following the Early Years Learning Framework.
Our child care in Vaucluse welcomes family input as we recognise that families are the most significant people in the lives of children. To provide the best quality child care and education setting for our children we must collaborate and communicate with families. Developing these partnerships allows us to implement a child focused curriculum based on the childrenās interests, that caters to the development of the child inspiring a love of learning.
We also have our own parent communications app designed exclusively for all families at our Active Kids Group day care centres. Our secure parent portal always facilitates effortless parent involvement. This is a great tool for parents to help track childrenās progress and offer input and feedback in relation to their childās learning.
At our child care in Vaucluse, our beautiful, natural outdoor environments are separated into two sections and have been designed to allow children to learn, discover, investigate, and grow at their own pace within natural surroundings. The children can also actively participate in caring for our vibrant vegetable garden and sustaining our worm farm.
Vaucluse Cottage child care centre holds a variety of events throughout the year which reflect the surrounding community and we encourage our families to participate in these events. Events range from Seasonal holidays and celebrations such as Lunar New Year, Easter, St Patrickās Day, Christmas and many more.
